Oxfordshire County Council is looking for a Director of Workforce & OD to lead the transformation of its people services. This is an exciting time to join a large and ambitious County Council with a newly appointed Chief Executive.

As Oxfordshire County Council’s Director of Workforce & OD, you will play a leading role in the transformation agenda through the identification, development and deployment of people-related strategies, programmes and plans that will deliver a best-in-class HR & OD service that will help the council deliver its vision of making Oxfordshire a greener, fairer and healthier county.
